Delivery Information

We do NOT part ship orders.  If your order contains any pre-orders, it will be once ALL items in that order have been released.

Your order will be sent by either tracked or tracked & signed (depending on your country).  Tracking will be provided in your shipping notification.

Below is a guide on how long your order should take.  Due to COVID-19 and Brexit, these times are likely to vary.

UK

Option of 1 or 2 working days from despatch date (dependant on delivery selection).

EUROPE

3-5 working days from despatch date.

REST OF THE WORLD

5-7 working days from despatch date.

If you have not received your order within 25 working days, please contact us at info@plasticpop.co.uk so we can raise an investigation with Royal Mail. We are unable to advise outside of your tracking before 25 working days have passed since despatch
