I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER
Please check that the titles you ordered have been released.
The release date for each item is on their respective page on our website. If your item has been released then we will be in touch.
If you have ordered multiple items with different release dates then this will be despatched once all items have been released. If you wish them to be send on their own release date then please order separately.

Please note that we have not had any releases before Summer 2021.
Many thanks for all your suggestions. We are taking note of all suggestions but we are unable to reply to these individually.
We are at various stages throughout the process on many titles. The process can take many months to reach release.
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or use the contact tab on our website.
We will process your request for a refund and you will receive a receipt from Stripe when this is actioned. Please double check we have your correct email.
Refunds can take between 5 - 10 days to appear on your statement.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Please note if your destination country is changing then your original order will have to be cancelled and you will have to reorder to ensure the correct postage is covered.
We will contact you once your change has been made.
Please Note that we have a maximum of 2kg for international orders (including Europe).
We advise that you should keep your orders to 3 items or less. If this exceeds 3 items then please place separate orders.
If you have ordered more than 3 items then we will be in touch to arrange further postage charges or to organise reorders.
