REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

All sales are final, returns or exchanges are not accepted. 

DAMAGES

If you receive a record that appears to have been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@plasticpop.co.uk with an attached photo & video. 

Each case of damage is fully assessed at PPHQ & a decision will be made on the next steps.

Warping and/or minor cosmetic damage to a record will not be considered for return unless the warping causes playback issues. A video of the record skipping must be provided to info@plasticpop.co.uk.

Vinyl records will often come with minor warps or cosmetic imperfections caused during manufacturing which we can not be liable for.

We use a high specification of packaging for the shipping of our orders, however at times there may be some damage to the vinyl sleeves. Unfortunately we can not be liable for how our packages are handled by our delivery partners, but please send pictures / videos to info@plasticpop.co.uk so that we can review & decide next steps. 

Minor cosmetic damage to the sleeves will not warrant a refund or exchange, however a gesture of good will may be offered to compensate for the damage.

Damage that is more severe to the sleeves may result in a replacement sleeve being sent, if available. We will not send a full replacement that includes the actual vinyl, unless there is any damage to the vinyl itself. 

LOSS OF PARCELS

Please note that before any investigations can be completed, your order needs to have been in the delivery network for 25 business working days. 

Any orders that have not arrived, please contact us at info@plasticpop.co.uk for tracking & delivery partner information. It is your responsibility to contact the delivery partner for an update to the whereabouts of your order. If however, you require support from us, then please do contact us.

After a full investigation in to a missing order & we've confirmed the loss of your purchase, we will either issue a full refund of the price paid (including shipping costs) or send a replacement copy of your purchase (stock permitting). 

Claims past 90 days of dispatch will not be considered.


Refunds can take between 5 - 10 days to appear on your statement.
